Family and Relationship Theme

I love my family and friends. I want to write about them because we are all different in our own way. Like my sisters and I. We fight a lot, but if we need each other we have each others back. Christmas time is a very special time for me. We go to my Grandmother’s on Christmas Eve, which is the day they celebrate the holiday. We have a party style of foods of this day and stay up till midnight. On Christmas day we open our presents at home. This comes from my mother’s side of the family. We have the traditional turkey dinner with all the fixings. When we get together we have fun by picking on each other but in a fun way. You can’t escape your family. You are after all a product of them. t

Introduction

I never consider myself as a reader or a writer but ever since I was a little girl my mom read me Fairytales and from there on I believe in happy endings.  What I always like about those stories is that even though the characters always had things in there way love concurs all. I wish my writing and reading skills are were they need to be but it is hard for me to get things down on paper. I write in a journal but sometimes I don’t make any sense to myself. I have good ideas and bad ones. I just have to remember what the idea is and not to jumble my ideas together. In the article of academic writing I have two myths that I believe get in my way. One is that I have to have things in a certain order and the other is that I have to figure everything out before I put it down on paper. In the article of Demystify Writing Misconceptions, I usually believe that your thesis statement should be in the first paragraph of your paper.
